Luca Pratelli

Luca is 50 years old. He started the company in 1998, when he was still a young man. Later he asked his brothers to join him in the enterprise. When he speaks about his company, it seems he feels it breathe; with commitment, quality, and earnestness he has achieved steady growth over time. Today he works on varnishing in three operative seats and he collaborates with around 60 employees, managing any type of working in the different departments. He has much experience in varnishing thanks to his professional background and he still collaborates with his staff for the most complicated interventions, which need skilful hands and mind.
